User Interface Manager

Overview

Lead UI/UX Designer responsible for driving user‑centered design across banking products, leading a design team, and collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion usability, accessibility and user‑centered design principles across banking products.
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, heuristic evaluations and translate findings into user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Lead and mentor a design team, run design workshops/sprints and evolve the centralized design system.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and engineering to ensure design specifications are implemented accurately and meet accessibility standards.
• Define and track UX success metrics such as usability scores, NPS and conversion rates to inform continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• UI/UX design expertise with banking domain experience
• 8‑12 years of UI/UX experience, including 3‑5 years in a senior/lead role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design or related field
