Product Designer

Overview

The role focuses on creating user‑centered experiences and interfaces for company products, developing designs from wireframes to high‑fidelity specifications, and continuously improving the customer journey through research and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs using design tools and ensure alignment with product requirements
• Develop and maintain UI/UX resources, design systems, and guidelines to streamline the design process
• Conduct user research, analyze data, and incorporate insights to enhance user experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross‑functional teams to define requirements and present design strategies
• Mentor associate designers, provide feedback, and contribute to improving design workflows

Eligibility

• Expertise in UI/UX design and user‑centered design methodologies
• Proven experience creating wireframes, prototypes, high‑fidelity designs, and design systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field
