Overview
The Senior Director - Product for JAMS (JioStar AI Media Studio) will own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for JioStar's generative video platform. The role involves defining what gets built, partnering with various teams, and building a platform to unlock multiple use-cases. The goal is to support multiple use-cases, such as microdrama content generation and avatar-led experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for the JAMS generative video platform
- Translate ambiguous, frontier-tech capability into a sequenced product roadmap
- Drive cross-functional alignment with various teams on use-case prioritisation
- Define and own the platform success framework and use-case-specific business metrics
- Partner with Engineering on platform architecture trade-offs
- Build a product team capable of operating at the pace of frontier generative AI
Eligibility
- Track record building 0-to-1 AI-native products
- Strong technical & AI fluency
- Experience managing a multi-use-case product portfolio
