Overview

The Director of Product Management, Applications will lead strategy, development, and execution of a customer‑facing healthcare technology portfolio, including credentialing, provider monitoring, tools, and applied AI initiatives, based in India.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the applications portfolio, balancing short‑term growth and long‑term innovation
• Drive applied AI investments to improve credentialing workflows, operational accuracy, and productivity
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, operations, and customer success to translate business priorities into product delivery
• Mentor and develop product managers, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity and continuous learning
• Manage portfolio performance, prioritize investments, and ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction
