A Health Product Manager is required to define the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for a modern claims solution. The role involves collaborating with engineering and operational stakeholders to translate complex healthcare processes into scalable product solutions. The position is based in India and offers a fully remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a healthcare claims processing platform
- Translate complex claims operations into clear business requirements and actionable product specifications
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Lead product discovery activities to identify operational pain points and business opportunities
- Define acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience
- Professional experience within US healthcare, health insurance, or claims operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
