Lead Product Manager, Safety

Our partner company is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Safety based in India to shape the safety, security, and integrity of one of the world’s most widely used knowledge platforms. The role involves leading cross-functional product initiatives and working at the intersection of safety, trust, and large-scale information systems. Responsibilities

• Defining and driving the product vision and roadmap for safety, trust, and platform integrity initiatives
• Identifying high-impact problem areas and prioritizing initiatives that strengthen user safety and system resilience
• Leading development of product features and technical interventions that reduce abuse, manipulation, and security risks
• Managing cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, and community engagement
• Leveraging data analysis and community insights to inform product decisions and measure impact

Eligibility

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience leading cross-functional product initiatives
• Proven experience working on internet-scale or consumer-facing digital products in agile environments
• Strong ability to define product strategy and drive execution across engineering, design, and analytics teams
