Principal / Lead UI/UX Designer

Overview

Principal/Lead UI/UX Designer based in India who will define the design vision for an enterprise platform integrating Generative AI, conversational interfaces, data visualization and voice technology, and will lead a design team while establishing scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion UX/UI vision, design strategy and user‑centered principles across the enterprise platform.
• Translate complex AI evaluation metrics, testing workflows and analytics into intuitive interfaces.
• Establish and govern a component‑based design system, design frameworks, quality standards and scalable processes.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of UI/UX designers, overseeing resource allocation, design critiques and workshops.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align user experience with business goals, technical feasibility and drive research, testing and continuous improvement.

Eligibility

• Expertise in enterprise SaaS, B2B or deep‑tech UI/UX design.
• Minimum 7 years of UI/UX design experience with at least 2 years leading design teams; experience with AI/ML interfaces, data‑dense dashboards preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
