Product UX Designer - Platform & Workflows

Overview

The role is for a Product UX Designer – Platform & Workflows based in India, working remotely on complex recruitment and employment platform experiences. The designer will shape end‑to‑end enterprise workflows and collaborate with distributed teams across the US, Japan, and India.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on end‑to‑end interaction and visual experiences for complex multi‑step enterprise workflows.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into scalable, accessible, production‑ready design solutions.
• Create lightweight interactive prototypes and detailed design specifications for engineering handoff.
• Partner with product managers and front‑end engineers throughout implementation to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Communicate design decisions and trade‑offs clearly while collaborating asynchronously across global time zones.

Eligibility

• Strong product UX design expertise with focus on platform workflows and enterprise dashboards.
• 3–5 years of professional UX design experience, a portfolio of shipped products, and high proficiency in Figma.
