Senior Product Manager

Overview

The Senior Product Manager will lead product strategy and roadmap execution for fintech products, collaborating with engineering, data, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. This role is based in India and offers the opportunity to shape innovative fintech products at the intersection of artificial intelligence, lending, and financial technology. The ideal candidate is an experienced product professional with strong expertise in fintech, lending, and technology-driven product development.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap by defining priorities based on customer insights, market research, business goals, and data analysis
• Develop product vision and strategy while identifying opportunities to improve lending workflows and customer experiences
• Research market trends, competitive solutions, and industry developments to inform product decisions and long-term direction
• Partner with engineering, data science, operations, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to align product initiatives
• Create product documentation including specifications, business cases, process flows, and strategic plans

Eligibility

• Strong background in product management, preferably within the mortgage or lending industry
• Proven experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, and delivering successful products
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a management degree from a recognized institution
