Overview

The role is for a Senior Product Manager, Payments to lead a key area of a high‑scale payments product, owning direction and delivery while collaborating with engineering, design, and partners. It focuses on improving merchant and shopper experiences across onboarding, checkout, refunds, disputes, payouts, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own product direction and execution for a key payments product area, setting priorities, goals, and measurable outcomes
• Improve merchant and shopper experiences across onboarding, checkout, refunds, disputes, payouts, reporting, and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and strategic payment partners to shape solutions, manage integrations, and resolve issues
• Use product data, dashboards, and merchant feedback to prioritize initiatives, define success metrics, and track impact
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders in a distributed, asynchronous environment

Eligibility

• Senior product management experience (7+ years) with ownership of complex product areas
• Payments or fintech experience (4+ years) at scale
• No specific educational requirement
