SR Product Designer (Salesforce)

Overview

The company is seeking a Senior Product Designer with expertise in creating user-centered experiences within Salesforce environments. The role involves leading the complete design lifecycle and collaborating with product teams, developers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in product design, UX/UI methodologies, and Salesforce-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end product design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interface design.
• Designing user experiences across Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Applying Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) standards and components to create consistent and efficient user interfaces.
• Collaborating with Product Managers, Salesforce Developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define effective design solutions.
• Conducting usability research, validating assumptions, gathering user feedback, and iterating designs based on insights.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Salesforce certification required, including Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer or Salesforce Certified Platform Strategy Designer.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
