Sr. UX Researcher

Overview

Our partner company is looking for a Sr. UX Researcher based in India to elevate the quality, clarity, and consistency of user experiences across a fast-scaling global product ecosystem. The role involves working at the intersection of UX research, product thinking, and design execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UX research or product design within digital product environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of user experience by identifying usability gaps, analyzing user behavior, and shaping product decisions through structured UX insights
• Conduct competitive research and UX audits to benchmark product experiences and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Partner with product and design teams to refine user journeys, improve interaction flows, and embed UX best practices early in the development lifecycle
• Conduct competitive analysis and UX audits to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement
• Synthesize insights from user feedback, analytics, support data, and usability testing into clear UX recommendations

Eligibility

• 3-6 years of experience in UX research, product design, or related fields
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking
• Proven experience conducting UX audits and competitive analysis
