Staff Product Designer

Overview

The role is a Staff Product Designer position based in India, leading the design of intuitive and scalable fintech experiences from discovery through implementation. You will shape product strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product design strategies that align user needs with business outcomes
• Lead the full design lifecycle including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and handoff
• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and data‑driven analysis to inform design decisions
• Create and maintain scalable UI components, design systems, and champion accessibility and motion design
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure high‑quality implementation

Eligibility

• Strong product design expertise in fintech or SaaS domains
• 3+ years of senior product design experience with end‑to‑end delivery
• Portfolio showcasing comprehensive UX case studies and leadership impact
