Overview
The UI/UX Design Lead will drive visual and user‑experience direction for mobile games, leading a design team while remaining hands‑on from concept through production assets. The role is fully remote within a fast‑growing international gaming environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and guide the internal UI/UX design team
- Own end‑to‑end UI/UX design for mobile games from concept to production assets
- Define and maintain a consistent UI/UX design direction and efficient processes across projects
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering and game design teams to translate ideas into polished interfaces
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality, consistency and attention to detail
Eligibility
- Strong visual and UX expertise in mobile game development
- Minimum 3 years experience as a UI/UX Design Lead or equivalent senior role
- Fluency in Russian and English
