Overview

Our partner company is looking for a UI/UX & Visual Designer (Mid-Level) based in India to shape high-performing digital experiences. The role combines strong UI/UX expertise with visual and graphic design skills. The position sits at the intersection of design, user experience, content, SEO, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first, responsive user experiences for content-heavy websites, landing pages, promotional components, and A/B testing initiatives
• Translate briefs, business requirements, user needs, and conversion hypotheses into clear, engaging, and performance-oriented design solutions
• Create and maintain reusable Figma components, templates, and design-system elements
• Prepare polished designs, prototypes, and clear specifications to support efficient development handoffs
• Conduct competitor and design research, explore alternative approaches, and make informed decisions

Eligibility

• Mid-level professional experience in UI/UX, visual, digital, or product design
• Portfolio demonstrating strong mobile-first and conversion-focused design work
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and practical experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
