The Senior AI Product Manager will lead AI adoption and strategy for Wholesale Lending Services, integrating advanced AI solutions into products and driving measurable business value. This role involves collaborating across teams, designing agentic workflows, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Experience
7+ years product management, 3+ years AI/ML experience
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the AI adoption roadmap for Wholesale Lending Services
- Identify, evaluate, and implement advanced AI solutions to improve processes and client experiences
- Integrate AI capabilities into new and existing products in partnership with cross‑functional teams
- Design and deliver training programs on AI fundamentals, prompt engineering, and agentic workflow design
- Define metrics, monitor adoption, and report on AI impact and business outcomes
Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- 7+ years product management experience, including 3+ years focused on AI/ML
- Proven track record of AI adoption and experience with prompt engineering and agentic workflows
