Experience Design Associate

Overview

The Experience Design Associate will support the enterprise design system for the Private Bank, creating and maintaining scalable, accessible design solutions. This role collaborates with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to evolve patterns, components, and guidelines that drive consistency across digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define, curate, and maintain shared design patterns and components across digital products.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to create wireframes, visual and motion studies, and prototypes.
• Write, maintain, and improve UX documentation and manage Figma libraries, fixing bugs and enhancing components.
• Present design rationale and recommendations to drive adoption of the design system across teams.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices while ensuring high quality standards.

Eligibility

• 4+ years of enterprise or design‑systems experience
• Degree in Interaction Design, HCI, UX or equivalent work experience
• Strong interaction, visual/UI design skills with knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
