Platform Product Manager - Vice President

Overview

The Platform Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase will lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for internal platforms that enable teams across the International Consumer Bank to serve customers, defining vision, roadmap and driving delivery in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term vision, roadmap and strategic goals for internal platforms and integrations.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed engineering specifications and manage product backlogs.
• Collaborate with vendors, overseeing relationships, integrations and delivery backlog.
• Provide project‑management oversight including milestone tracking, risk identification and cross‑team coordination.
• Define and monitor success metrics, user engagement and ensure regulatory, risk and control compliance.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in platform product management within financial services.
• Experience working with backend and data engineers, managing vendor integrations, and scaling platforms across markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
