Overview
The role is a Vice President Technical Product Manager leading the Global Capture and Control product team, driving AI‑enhanced voice recording and compliance solutions across a multinational enterprise. You will shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery while partnering with global agile development teams.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy and roadmaps aligned with business and customer goals
- Lead stakeholder discovery, user research and translate insights into requirements, epics and acceptance criteria
- Partner with agile development teams to manage backlogs, plan releases and deliver features globally
- Measure adoption, customer experience, quality and operational outcomes and report progress to senior leadership
- Identify and drive generative‑AI and agent‑based workflow opportunities across products and delivery processes
Eligibility
- Product management expertise in enterprise software or applications
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering secure, cloud‑based enterprise solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent practical experience
