Product Manager - Commercial Card Product

Overview

Lead payment product strategy and delivery for JPMorgan Chase's Payments Treasury unit, acting as the voice of the customer and overseeing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle. Drive product vision, agile execution, and cross‑functional collaborations to launch scalable, compliant payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Set product strategy and vision, translating it into a prioritized roadmap and agile backlog.
• Conduct customer discovery and market research to identify problems and validate solutions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (risk, compliance, legal, technology, sales) to ensure safe, compliant, and on‑schedule launches.
• Build platform‑ready capabilities, including APIs, sandbox experiences, and developer documentation for fintech partners.
• Define and track success metrics such as adoption, spend volume, revenue, NPS, and reliability.

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in payments, card products, banking or financial technology.
• 4+ years of product management experience with a shipped digital product and 7+ years combined experience in product, engineering, or payments roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (MBA or technical degree a plus).
