Product Manager - Travel

Overview

The role is a Product Manager for Chase Travel’s Lodging offering, leading the product roadmap, launching new features and ensuring high‑quality, scalable experiences. You will manage a team of analysts and collaborate cross‑functionally to drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the Lodging product roadmap and outcomes for two squads, including strategy, prioritization, delivery and business impact
• Lead and manage a team of product analysts, setting ownership, expectations and development plans
• Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritize features, manage dependencies and ensure transparent decision‑making
• Collaborate with engineering, agility leads and PMO to translate work into optimal backlogs and drive Agile delivery
• Improve quality, resiliency and operability through metrics, feedback loops and continuous enhancement

Eligibility

• 5+ years product management experience in travel or a closely related domain
• People‑management experience leading product analysts or cross‑functional teams
• No specific educational requirement mentioned (e.g., bachelor’s degree preferred but not required)
