Overview
The Senior Product Associate at JPMorganChase is responsible for building and improving tooling that supports all aspects of Chase offering, leading the end-to-end product life cycle, and guiding the successful launch of products. The role involves working in an agile environment, acting as the voice of the customer, and developing profitable products that provide customer value. The ideal candidate will be part of a diverse and inclusive team.
Responsibilities
- Define the roadmap and objectives for customer service operations technology platform
- Take responsibility for the successful delivery of the product
- Partner with the Tech Lead to ensure alignment and feasibility of product
- Create testing and implementation plans
- Ensure the product meets all legal, regulatory, risk, and control requirements
Eligibility
- Demonstrate expertise in delivering and scaling customer service operation technology products
- Experience in a complex software environment with Agile/Scrum development
- Strong experience with planning, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlogs
