Senior Product Associate - Payments Digital & Design

Overview

The Senior Product Associate role involves leveraging user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating across teams to develop and optimize products. The position is part of the Access Digital & Design team, which has global responsibility for product management and sales support. The ideal candidate will contribute to the team's innovative products and services.

Responsibilities

• Own the client's end-to-end global online transaction initiation experience
• Interact with technology & business to better understand needs and identify opportunities for best in class solutions
• Lead product strategy, roadmap and feature sets with input from regional and line of business teams
• Lead feature delivery, partnering with technology, operations, service, risk, compliance and legal teams
• Manage aspects of the Product Development Lifecycle using an Agile methodology

Eligibility

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Knowledge of cash management, particularly global transaction initiation across all pay methods and related clearing rules
• Successful track record of leading large-scale initiatives in a matrix environment
