Overview
Jupiter is seeking a Product Manager – Unsecured Lending to own the end‑to‑end lending product lifecycle, driving user‑centric loan experiences while ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines. The role involves collaborating with engineering, credit, data science and risk teams to design, launch and scale personal loan, salary‑advance and credit products.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end lending product lifecycle from concept to launch and scaling
- Analyze data and funnels to improve conversion, reduce drop‑offs, and define success metrics
- Design and optimize user journeys across loan origination, KYC, underwriting, disbursal, repayment and collections
- Partner with engineering, credit, compliance and risk teams to deliver compliant, high‑impact product outcomes and smarter underwriting logic
- Ensure alignment with RBI Digital Lending Guidelines, maintain audit readiness and monitor portfolio quality
Eligibility
- 2–4 years of product management experience in fintech or digital lending
- Hands‑on experience with loan management systems (LMS), loan origination systems (LOS) and credit bureau APIs
- Understanding of RBI regulations, KFS requirements and digital lending compliance (no specific education required)
