Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of Smart Assist, an AI receptionist that handles inbound and outbound calls for Indian businesses. The role involves owning the product roadmap, driving GTM, and collaborating across tech, design, sales and leadership.
Experience
2-3 yrs
Responsibilities
- Define and develop the core AI engine that understands intent and responds like a receptionist
- Design and implement outbound calling workflows for follow‑ups, reminders, re‑engagement and sales
- Build analytics and intelligence features such as call insights, lead quality scoring and smart next actions
- Create advanced product capabilities that become essential for vendors and drive differentiation
- Own the product roadmap, conduct user research, coordinate GTM strategy and align engineering, design, sales and leadership
Eligibility
- 2-3 years of product ownership experience (not just ticket shipping)
- Graduate from a Tier‑1 institute such as IIT, IIM, FMS, IIFT or equivalent
- Experience with voice bots or conversational AI is a strong plus
