Overview
The Senior Product Manager will lead end‑to‑end product ownership for healthcare revenue cycle management solutions, leveraging technology, data and AI tools. The role works closely with offshore engineering and cross‑functional stakeholders to drive rapid, data‑driven product delivery.

10-14 yrs
Responsibilities
- Own product requirements end‑to‑end, from discovery through delivery and acceptance
- Analyze and document complex business needs, create process flows, and maintain a prioritized product backlog
- Collaborate with offshore engineering teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure feature acceptance
- Align functional requirements with technical constraints, performance, security and scalability considerations
- Use data analysis and AI‑assisted tools for rapid prototyping, prioritization and outcome measurement
Eligibility
- 10-14 years experience in Product Management/Product Ownership
- Proven exposure to Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or Insurance domain
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
