Overview

Koru UX Design is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design projects and craft intuitive user experiences. The designer will work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior designers. The role involves creating seamless and impactful products for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives
• Conduct and synthesize user research to make informed design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related
• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
