Overview
The Staff Product Designer will tackle Koru’s most ambiguous, high‑leverage design challenges across multiple client accounts, setting AI‑informed design standards and driving strategic impact. You’ll lead cross‑team projects, mentor peers, and shape Koru’s AI design practice.

Responsibilities
- Lead and ship large, cross‑team or cross‑account projects without a fully defined brief
- Diagnose unframed problems and define opportunities before they are assigned
- Set visual direction and quality standards for product lines while scaling solutions through patterns and documentation
- Establish AI UX standards, build pattern libraries, and integrate AI tools responsibly into the design process
- Mentor designers across projects and influence without formal authority
Eligibility
- 8+ years of product or UX design experience at senior level
- Hands‑on experience designing AI‑powered or AI‑native features
- B2B/enterprise product experience; HealthTech a strong plus
