Koru UX Design is seeking a UX Design Lead to drive high-value UX initiatives for clients and strengthen design execution and strategy. The lead will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional design work, leading UX engagements, and partnering with stakeholders. The ideal candidate is curious and proactive about emerging technologies, especially AI.

8+ years
Responsibilities
- Leading UX Strategy & Project Outcomes
- Strengthening UX Processes & Team
- Growth coaching and mentoring designers
- Enhancing UX workflows and quality control processes
- Supporting hiring and onboarding of new designers
- Contributing to presales efforts
Eligibility
- 8+ years of experience in UX design
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing UX teams
- Experience in B2B products and enterprise applications
- Experience in the HealthTech industry is a plus
