Specialist - SAP Fiori / UI5 Developer

Overview

The role is a SAP Fiori UI/UX Specialist at Linde, responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive, accessible, and scalable Fiori applications while ensuring best‑practice design standards. You will collaborate with developers, functional teams, and business stakeholders to drive user adoption across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create wireframes, prototypes and component libraries in Figma and hand off designs to developers
• Apply SAP Fiori design guidelines, floorplans and SAPUI5 controls to build consistent user interfaces
• Plan and conduct user workshops, research, usability testing and translate findings into design decisions
• Collaborate with SAPUI5 developers, Azure DevOps and Git‑based workflows in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Implement accessibility standards (WCAG), custom theming, and support OData‑driven UIs and SAP Fiori Adaptation Framework

Eligibility

• UI/UX design expertise for enterprise applications, especially SAP Fiori
• 4‑5 years of professional UI/UX experience with at least 2 years delivering SAP Fiori/SAPUI5 solutions
• Degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, UX or related field (formal training/certification preferred)
