Staff Product Designer for the Payments Platform at LinkedIn, based in Bangalore with a hybrid work model. The role leads end‑to‑end design of payment, switcher, and refund experiences across web and mobile.

Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end design for payments, switcher, and refunds across web, mobile, and new commercial surfaces
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Compliance, and Finance to design new payment methods and optimization strategies
- Design scalable, compliant patterns for global payments covering tax, trust, and regulatory requirements
- Lead design for new monetization surfaces from concept to launch
- Build and evolve a shared design system for payments/commerce patterns used across LinkedIn products
Eligibility
- 10+ years of user experience design expertise in large‑scale transactional, enterprise or commerce software
- BA/BS degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction or equivalent practical background
- Experience designing payments, billing or subscription management systems, preferably in compliance‑heavy environments
