Senior Product Designer on LinkedIn's Talent Enterprise design team in Bengaluru, leading design vision for AI‑powered, data‑rich enterprise experiences and mentoring other designers. The role works cross‑functionally with research, product, engineering and data science in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and user‑centered design processes.
- Create and deliver holistic design solutions that address business, brand, and user requirements.
- Collaborate with web developers, engineers, and cross‑functional partners to deliver final products.
- Guide, mentor, and elevate other designers, setting the craft bar for the team.
- Think holistically across the platform to deliver consistent, efficient, and intuitive enterprise experiences.
Eligibility
- MDes/BDes or equivalent degree in graphic design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in the full product development lifecycle for web or software applications.
- Strong background in designing data‑rich enterprise experiences such as dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
