Overview
Product Manager role at Lokal leading high-impact projects across pricing, growth, user retention, expansion and platform strategy. Works cross‑functionally to scale products for Tier‑2/3 India.
Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy to maximize conversion and retention through data‑driven analysis of supply‑side levers.
- Own and enhance payment systems, improving payment success metrics and overall checkout experience.
- Design and run pricing experiments, including default, cohort‑based, discounting, and repeat‑user models.
- Collaborate with Marketing to unlock and scale new acquisition channels while optimizing performance.
- Define and improve profile verification workflows and customer support processes to strengthen trust.
