The candidate will work on deep data analysis, personalization, and shipping MVPs quickly. The goal is to connect Tier-2/3+ India to knowledge, opportunities, tools, and experts.
Responsibilities
- Full ownership of a product area, measured by business outcomes
- Tight collaboration with marketing and business teams
- Deep data work: read user behaviour from data, run 2nd and 3rd level digging to find the real driver
- Personalization: ship MVPs fast and build the case for ML-driven personalization
- Connect ad promises to in-app delivery
Eligibility
- Experience on high-MAU, consumer-facing products at scale
- Strong user empathy: define sharp personas, understand jobs-to-be-done
- Comfort balancing rigor and speed: A/B discipline without analysis paralysis
