We are seeking a seasoned UX professional who thrives on innovative thinking, empathizes with users, and enjoys simplifying complex problems. The role involves strategic design thinking, mentoring, and delivering high‑quality design solutions on time.

Responsibilities

• Think, argue, analyze, strategize and iterate on design challenges
• Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps per standards
• Scope design effort levels, including LOE, SOW, and proposals
• Ensure meticulous attention to design principles, layout, and visualization
• Deliver high‑quality outcomes while mentoring the design team

Eligibility

• 5+ years of UX design experience
• Strong expertise in UX research methods such as interviews, personas, task analysis, wireframing and prototyping
• No specific educational requirement
