Associate Sr UX

Overview

The company is looking for a Senior UX Associate who can think outside the box, empathize with users, and simplify solutions. The role requires a freethinker who is excited about research and analysis. The ideal candidate should have an unquenchable thirst for new approaches and solutions to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Think, argue, analyze, strategize and iterate
• Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Design effort level scoping (LOE, SOW, and proposals)
• Meet expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality
• Apply strategic design thinking to real-world problems

Eligibility

• 5+ years of experience
• Strong awareness of UX approaches and methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
