- Consult and direct the translation of business requirements into effective product designs.
- Lead multiple design projects, overseeing architecture, design quality, and signing off on high‑visibility deliverables.
- Drive best‑practice utilization to create user flows, wireframes, low‑fidelity prototypes, and pixel‑perfect comps.
- Resolve complex design problems across the product portfolio, simplifying and removing bottlenecks.
- Coach, guide, and mentor junior team members while fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
Eligibility
- UX/Product design expertise
- 7+ years of UX design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in interaction, graphic, industrial design or related field (or equivalent experience)
