Product Manager – Flexem

Overview

The Product Manager – Flexem will lead the growth of Luna Technologies' Flexem automation portfolio, shaping product strategy, driving sales, and coordinating launches across PLC, HMI, servo, motion control and IoT solutions. The role blends technical expertise with commercial acumen to expand market presence and ensure customer success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the Flexem automation portfolio
• Drive business growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
• Conduct technical sales engagements, demos, and prepare techno‑commercial proposals
• Coordinate product launches and gather market feedback with engineering, marketing and service teams
• Maintain sales pipelines, CRM data, and report on performance metrics

Eligibility

• Domain expertise in Industrial Automation (PLC, HMI, Servo, Motion Control, Industrial IoT)
• 3–7 years experience in product management, technical sales or business development within automation
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering; MBA optional
