Associate Product Manager

Overview

redBus is looking for a Technical Product Lead to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for partner-facing and distribution platforms. The role requires a balance of technical and product management skills. The ideal candidate will own product outcomes while staying close to the architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap for partner-facing and distribution platforms
• Partner directly with engineering on API design, data flow pipelines, and system architecture
• Write PRDs, user stories, API specifications, and wireframes
• Collaborate across engineering, design, sales, partner/BD, CRM, payments, and supplier-facing teams
• Run and analyze A/B tests and build dashboards using SQL and product analytics tools

Eligibility

• 1-3 years of experience spanning software engineering/development and product management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
• Working knowledge of APIs, system design fundamentals, and data pipelines
