Associate Product Manager - Growth and Commons

Overview

The Associate Product Manager will drive core user journeys such as Homepage, Login, Wallet, Offers and Loyalty within MakeMyTrip’s Growth & Commons team, influencing acquisition, activation and retention. This role blends product thinking, data rigor and cross‑functional leadership to shape high‑traffic, platform‑scale experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
• Build cross‑functional alignment with engineering, design, marketing and other stakeholders
• Identify growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis and data insights
• Define, track and analyse key product metrics to measure success and guide decisions

Eligibility

• Product management expertise for consumer‑facing, technology‑enabled products
• 1‑3 years of product management experience, comfortable with web analytics and SQL
• Engineering or Management graduate from a reputed institute
