Associate Product Manager (Hotels)

Overview

Associate Product Manager for the Domestic Hotels product team, responsible for defining vision and driving the full product lifecycle to create seamless hotel booking experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy for Domestic Hotels, aligning with growth, revenue, and customer experience goals.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from roadmap and feature launches to post‑launch optimization.
• Own and optimize scalable product systems to improve funnel efficiency, conversion, retention, and post‑sales experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Revenue, Category, Supply, Design, and Technology to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Define, track, and optimize key product KPIs across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Eligibility

• Engineering or Management graduates from reputed institutes.
• 3 to 4 years of product management experience in consumer‑facing, technology‑enabled businesses.
• Experience with full product lifecycle, agile methodologies, data analysis (SQL, Excel), and analytics tools.
