Product Manager

Overview

The role is a Product Manager for Domestic Hotels, responsible for defining product vision, driving the end‑to‑end product lifecycle and optimizing customer experiences across front‑ and back‑end platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision and strategy for Domestic Hotels, aligning initiatives with growth, revenue, and customer experience goals.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from roadmap creation to feature launches and post‑launch optimization.
• Own and optimize scalable product systems to improve funnel efficiency, conversion, retention, and the post‑sales consumer experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Revenue, Category, Supply, Design, Engineering, QA) to deliver cohesive, high‑impact product solutions.
• Leverage data, insights, experimentation and KPI tracking to iterate on the product, drive adoption, and refine the roadmap.

Eligibility

• Engineering or Management graduate from a reputed institute
• 3–6 years of product management experience in a consumer‑facing, technology‑enabled B2C eCommerce environment
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL; familiarity with Google Analytics/Omniture is a plus
