Overview

Product manager responsible for building user‑centric self‑serve experiences across voice and non‑voice channels, driving cross‑functional teams, and shaping product roadmaps through data‑driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer needs drive technology and experience development, collaborating across geographies.
• Create and iterate proactive, personalized self‑serve menu options for voice and non‑voice channels.
• Set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals, developing tools and analytics to monitor self‑serve funnels.
• Make trade‑off decisions, build roadmaps, and balance time‑to‑market with user and business priorities.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing, define success metrics, and incorporate customer feedback into product strategy.

Eligibility

• Experience launching B2C products on mobile and desktop platforms.
• 2-3 years of hands‑on product management in high‑growth consumer product companies.
• Engineer with software development background plus MBA (preferred).
