Job Description
Overview
Product Manager for Ground Transport at MakeMyTrip, responsible for defining and scaling AI‑powered consumer experiences across bus, rail and cab journeys. Will own vision, roadmap and execution, collaborating with engineering, design, data science and business teams.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision, strategy and roadmap for Ground Transport customer experiences
- Identify high‑impact problems and translate them into scalable AI‑powered product opportunities
- Drive rapid experimentation, prototyping, validation and scaling of new concepts
- Partner with engineering, design, analytics and data science to build accurate, scalable solutions and define success metrics
- Own product KPIs, monitor performance and continuously improve through data analysis and customer feedback
Eligibility
- Product management experience (3‑4 years) in consumer‑facing, technology‑enabled businesses
- Experience with AI/ML, personalization, recommendation or conversational interfaces
- Engineering or Management graduate from a reputed institute
