Overview

redBus is hiring a Product Manager to lead the supply‑side product charter, building and scaling solutions for bus operator partners. The role focuses on products like redPro, Primo and dynamic discounting to enhance the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple key products such as the seller platform for Bus Operators (redPro), fleet programs (Primo), and dynamic discounting products.
• Drive product roadmaps, ensuring execution and time‑to‑market while balancing user needs and business priorities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, user research, and business development teams to drive both 0‑1 and 1‑100 initiatives.
• Set qualitative objectives and quantitative goals for cross‑functional teams and track metric outcomes.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify product enhancement opportunities.

Eligibility

• B.Tech + MBA (preferable) educational qualification.
• 4-6 years of hands‑on product management experience, preferably in B2B and travel industry.
• Proven experience managing product lifecycle using agile methodologies and working on seller platforms.
