Overview

Senior User Experience Designer at MakeMyTrip, shaping intuitive travel experiences across multiple product lines while leveraging AI tools and a unified design system.

Responsibilities

• Design smooth, intuitive travel experiences for Flights, Hotels, Holidays, Cabs, Buses, Trains, etc.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, engineers, business and analytics teams on the top travel app.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, prototypes, and process flows to communicate interaction ideas.
• Use research, data, user feedback, and experiments to improve usability, conversion, trust, and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the Cosmos design system by creating scalable patterns and maintaining consistency.

Eligibility

• 4-6 years of UX/interaction/experience design experience, preferably in consumer internet, travel, e-commerce, fintech, mobility or marketplace products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design process, problem‑solving impact and visual mastery.
