Overview

The Global Product Manager for the Virtual Card Platform will lead product development for Mastercard's In Control platform, collaborating with engineering and regional teams to deliver B2B payment solutions. The role shapes product vision, translates requirements, and drives market‑focused enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with engineering scrum teams to deliver products that meet business requirements
• Drive development of new products in response to customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities
• Engage with regional teams to support partners on product roadmap, implementation and demos
• Translate product requirements into technical specifications and validate delivery against requirements
• Develop a long‑term vision for virtual card and tokenized payments to capture market share

Eligibility

• Product management and development experience
• Agile development and go‑to‑market planning experience
• Background in commercial payments or virtual card platforms
• Undergraduate degree required (MBA preferred)
• 5‑7 years of relevant experience
