Overview
Lead Product Manager focusing on generative AI and agentic capabilities for Mastercard's Payment Reconciliation Intelligence, driving product strategy, roadmap, and cross‑functional delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and roadmap for Gen AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Reconciliation Intelligence
- Partner with engineering, data science/AI, and platform teams to ensure architecture quality, safety, evaluation, and observability
- Own PRDs, backlog prioritization, story writing, dependencies, and release planning
- Lead user research, discovery, experimentation and support go‑to‑market, demos, documentation and training
- Build strong cross‑functional stakeholder alignment, mentor junior product managers, and collaborate with Customer Experience to design intuitive features
Eligibility
- Product management experience delivering end‑to‑end technology products
- Experience with generative AI/agentic use cases and AI concepts
- Payments industry knowledge (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
