Overview
Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager to develop inspiring platform/product visions, drive the platform/product roadmap, and act as the voice of the business customer. The role involves working with various teams to define business requirements, collecting user stories, and making trade-off decisions on platform product features. The goal is to deliver a unique set of products and services that help people, businesses, and governments realize their greatest potential.
Responsibilities
- Developing platform/product visions and roadmaps
- Working with Technical Program Managers, Developers, UX designers, and internal customers
- Collecting and sharing user stories with engineering teams
- Making trade-off decisions on platform product features
- Participating in customer research to inform platform product feature needs
