Lead Product Manager- Technical

Overview

The Lead Product Manager – Mastercard Send will own the development and management of platform capabilities for secure, fast fund transfers, driving product strategy and roadmap across global stakeholders. This role partners with regional leads, customers and internal teams to deliver innovative payment solutions and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of platform capabilities for Mastercard Send, including authentication, clearing and billing
• Define and prioritize business requirements, create roadmaps, and translate requirements into technical specifications
• Partner with regional leads, customers, and internal stakeholders to drive product lifecycle, market deployments and implementations
• Manage cross‑functional product development using both waterfall and agile methodologies, overseeing documentation, training and implementation guides
• Serve as product knowledge leader, educating sales, delivery, and account teams on Mastercard Send features and ensuring compliance with security policies

Eligibility

• Extensive product management experience in the global payments industry, especially money transfer and remittances
• Proven experience managing multi‑product services at a global scale and leading cross‑functional teams
